Contact Sagar Club
Updated · Sagar Club

Want to contact Sagar Club? The official way to reach our team is by email at [email protected]. Write to us about your game account, a mistake on a page, an idea for the game, or a fake site or app that uses our name. Sagar Club is a free game with virtual coins, so there is never a payment, a withdrawal or a bonus to chase.
Email is the only contact route we run. There is no phone line, no WhatsApp number and no chat agent, so anyone offering one in our name is not us.
Email the Sagar Club Team
The simplest way to contact Sagar Club is to send your message to [email protected] from any email app. A real person on our team reads every message, though a reply can take a few days. Inside the game, the "Send feedback" row on the Profile screen is another way to tell us about a problem or an idea.
Good reasons to write include a username you cannot get back into, a round that looked wrong to you, a page with an error, or a request about your data. If you want your account removed, you can also do it yourself in Profile, as the privacy policy for the site and game explains.
There is no password reset button in the game. If you forget your password, email us from the address you added to your account, if you added one. We will look into it, but we cannot promise recovery, and opening a new free account is always an option.
What to Put in a Message
A short, clear message gets a useful reply. These details help us understand a problem the first time:
- your Sagar Club username (never your password);
- the room and the period number, if your question is about a round;
- your phone or computer, and the browser you used (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet and so on);
- what you expected to see and what you saw instead;
- a screenshot, if it shows the problem and nothing private.
For a report about a fake site, add the web address, the app name or the group link, and how you came across it. Please do not attach ID documents or bank statements. We never need them.
Quick Fixes You Can Try First
Some problems are faster to solve yourself than to wait for an email. Pick the line that matches yours; each page walks you through the fix in a few short steps.
| Your problem | Where the fix is |
|---|---|
| Sign-in says the username or password is wrong | Steps for sign-in errors |
| Played as a guest and changed phone | Self-help for account issues |
| Want a named account or a new username | One-minute sign-up walk-through |
| Putting the game on your home screen | Install help for phones and PCs |
| Payouts or how a pick is settled | Rules for every pick |
| Any other quick question | Short answers by topic |
Running low on coins needs no message either. Claim the daily bonus of 1,000 coins in the lobby, or tap Refill for 2,000 coins when your balance is under 100 (once every 6 hours).
Reporting a Fake Sagar Club Page
Our name is easy to copy. Some pages, apps and Telegram channels use it to ask for deposits, sell "gift codes" or push an APK file. None of that is us: the official game lives only at app.sagarclub.com, never takes money and never asks you to install a file.
Please contact Sagar Club with the details of any copycat at [email protected] so we can warn other players. If a page asks for an OTP, a card number or a UPI payment while using our name, close it, and report fraud calls or SMS through Chakshu on the Sanchar Saathi portal. Our checks for spotting a copycat site list the warning signs.
If You Lost Money on Another App
Sagar Club cannot recover money paid on any other site or app, since we never handle money at all. Speed matters in these cases, so go straight to the people who can act:
- Call the cyber fraud helpline 1930 as soon as possible, ideally within hours of the payment.
- File a complaint on the national cyber crime reporting portal and keep the reference number.
- Tell your bank or UPI app what happened, and block further payments to that account.
- Do not pay anyone who offers to "recover" the money for a fee. That is often a second scam.
Our page on withdrawal and unlock-fee tricks explains how these schemes usually work, so you can warn friends and family.
What We Will Never Ask For
We will never phone you, send you a WhatsApp message or ask you to share your screen. Whether you write to us or we reply to you, we will also never ask for:
- your Sagar Club password, which only you should know;
- an OTP, a UPI PIN or a card number;
- your Aadhaar, PAN or any other ID;
- a payment of any size, for any reason.
Anyone asking for these while using our name is not part of Sagar Club, whatever their profile picture or email signature says.
Free Help Lines
If gaming, money worries or stress are weighing on you, talking helps. Tele-MANAS on 14416 is free and open 24x7. The iCALL counselling line on 9152987821 also offers free support.
Both services are private, and you do not need to give your full name to talk to them.
For adults aged 18+. Sagar Club costs nothing to play, its virtual coins carry no cash value, and nobody can predict or guarantee any result. Because of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, every online game played for money is prohibited across India from 1 May 2026 onwards. See our helpline and break guide for break tools and free helplines.
