Sagar Club FAQ: Clear Answers Before You Play

Updated · Sagar Club

Octopus mascot holding a glowing question mark for the Sagar Club FAQ

This Sagar Club FAQ gathers the questions players ask most, with replies you can read in a few seconds each. It covers your account, how rounds and virtual coins behave, playing on a phone, safety, the law in India and the name itself.

Every answer here is short on purpose. When a topic needs more room, the tables point you to the guide that covers it step by step. If you have not played yet, the official Sagar Club colour game is the place to start.

Your Account

Why does the sign-up form ask for so little?

A named account only needs a username, a password and your date of birth for the 18+ check. Email is optional, and there is no reason to collect a mobile number or ID proof, so the form never asks for them.

Can anyone running the site read my password?

No. Before it is saved on the Sagar Club server, the password is turned into a salted PBKDF2 hash, and only that hash is kept. It cannot be turned back into your password, not even by the team.

Can I try a few rounds before choosing a username?

Yes. Tap Play now — no signup and a guest account starts at once with 10,000 coins on that device. If you enjoy it, Save your account later turns it into a named account and keeps your coins, history and rank.

Will my account show up on a new phone?

Yes, if it is a named account. It lives on the server, so the same username and password open it on any phone, tablet or computer. A guest account stays on the device where it began until you save it under a name.

How do I delete my account completely?

Open Profile in the game and choose Delete account, or go to the delete-account page of the game. Your username, coins, history and rank are removed for good and cannot be brought back.

Does the site send SMS, WhatsApp messages or OTPs?

Never. The game does not ask for a phone number, so it has no way to text you or send an OTP. Any message claiming to come from us that asks for a code, a password or a payment is fake.

Rounds and Virtual Coins

How many rounds are there in one day?

It depends on the room. Per day: Quick 30s 2,880, Classic 1 Min 1,440, Steady 3 Min 480, Relaxed 5 Min 288. All four rooms run around the clock, so there is always a round open somewhere.

Where is each result drawn?

On the Sagar Club server, by the round engine. Before a round opens, the server shows a commit hash (SHA-256 of a secret seed plus the round id), and after it closes the seed is revealed. Tap Provably fair in the lobby to check any round yourself.

Why does a Green pick pay less when the number is 5?

Because 5 counts as both green and violet. A Green pick still wins on 5, but it returns 150 coins per 100 staked instead of the usual 200. Red works the same way with the number 0.

Which pick holds its value best over time?

Big and Small, which return 100% of each stake on average, with no built-in edge. Green and Red come next at 95.0%, while Violet and single numbers return 90.0%. None of this helps predict the next draw.

What is the most I can stake on one pick?

Any amount from 10 to 1,00,000 coins per pick, as long as your balance covers it. Picks close in the final 5 seconds of each round, so confirm before the lock.

My balance is almost empty. Do I have to start again?

No. Claim the daily bonus of 1,000 coins (2,000 if you also claimed within the last 48 hours). When you drop under 100 coins, the Refill button adds 2,000, once every 6 hours.

Numbers Worth Knowing

Several answers above mention the same few figures. Here they are in one place, taken straight from the game's own rules, so you can check them without opening the game.

With no fee, each pick's long-run return is simply its expected value: 100% for Big and Small, less for the other picks. For screens, pick types and payouts in more depth, see the guide to rooms and picks.

Phone, Browser and Home Screen

Which browsers does the game work in?

Any up-to-date browser should work, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Samsung Internet and Safari. To place the game on your home screen, Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet on Android and Safari on an iPhone are the easiest.

Can I play on a laptop or a tablet?

Yes. The layout adjusts to any screen, and one named account works on all of them. A bigger screen also makes the Recent results strip and your History easier to read.

Is there an APK file?

No, and there is no Play Store listing yet. The game installs straight from the browser as a web app, so no outside file is needed. The APK guide covers the install steps and the risks of APK files from unknown sources.

Does the game work without internet?

No. Rounds run on the server, so you need a connection to see the timer, place picks and get results. If the network drops, reconnect and reload; settled picks show up in your History.

Will clearing my browser cache delete my account?

Not a named account, because it is kept on the server: just sign in again. A guest account depends on that browser, so clearing site data can lose it. Save your account under a name first if you want to keep it.

Safety and the Law

What changed for online money games in India in 2026?

Online money games, including colour prediction played for money, have been prohibited in India since 1 May 2026 under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. Sagar Club has never taken money, so it stays free with virtual coins.

Will this site ever ask me to pay by UPI, Paytm or a QR code?

Never. There is nothing to buy, so no payment request, collect request or QR code can be genuine. Remember too that a UPI PIN is only entered to send money, never to receive it.

Someone says they are a Sagar Club agent. Should I trust them?

No. There are no agents, no VIP groups and no paid tipsters linked to the game. A person using the name to ask for money or an OTP is running a scam.

Can any app or channel tell me the next number?

No. Each result is sealed on the server before the round and only revealed after it, so nobody outside can see it in advance. Apps that claim otherwise are usually after a fee, your login or both; the hack guide shows how they work.

Do past results hint at what comes next?

They do not. Every draw is independent, and a run of reds or a long gap for one number says nothing about the next round. The chart guide explains why streaks look meaningful even in random data.

About the Name

Is this Sagar Club a hotel, a night club or a sports club?

No. Sagar Club is an online colour prediction game, not linked with any hotel, night club, sports club or college club of the same name. If you were looking for one of those places, you will need to search for it separately.

What does the word Sagar mean?

Sagar is a Hindi word for sea or ocean. That is why the characters you meet around the site, from a sea god to an old fisherman, all come from the water.

Is Sagarclub the same as Sagar Club, and which site is official?

Yes, Sagarclub is simply the name written as one word, the way it looks in the web address. The official website is sagarclub.com and the official game is app.sagarclub.com; anything else using the name is not ours.

Getting Help

Is there a phone number I can call for help?

No. There is no phone helpline, WhatsApp number or chat agent. The only official contact is the email address [email protected], so any number shared online in our name is not ours.

How do I report a problem with the game?

Most problems have a quick fix on the customer care page, which lists self-help steps for login, coins and install issues. If that does not help, email [email protected] with your username and what happened, but never your password.

Where should I report a scam call, SMS or WhatsApp message?

Report suspected fraud calls and messages through Chakshu on the Sanchar Saathi portal. If money has already been taken, dial 1930, the cyber fraud helpline, without delay and lodge a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.

A friend lost money on another colour prediction app. What should they do first?

Act quickly: call 1930, tell the bank and save screenshots of the payments and messages. They should not pay any "release fee" or "tax" to get the money back, because that is often a second trick.

Where can I get support if gaming feels out of control?

Call Tele-MANAS on 14416, free and open 24x7, or iCALL on 9152987821 for free counselling. Reaching out early helps, whether the worry is about you or someone close to you.

Where can I read the full game rules?

The game guide covers every room, pick type, payout and daily coin rule in detail. For the maths behind the format and the odds of each pick, read the colour prediction game guide.

Did Not Find Your Question?

Start with the table at the top of this page; most topics have a full guide. If your question is about your account or the game, or you want to send feedback, write to [email protected]. The contact page explains what to include and what we will never ask you for.

Prefer Hindi? Two guides are written in Hindi for players who read it more easily: the लॉगिन गाइड and the गेम गाइड.

If your question is really about a call, SMS or payment that worries you, do not wait for a reply from us. Report fraud calls and texts through Chakshu on the Sanchar Saathi portal, and if money is involved, call 1930 and report it on the national cyber crime portal.

Playing Safely

A free game can still take up more time than you planned. Pick a stopping time before you start, and take a proper break after every few rounds.

If gaming is affecting your sleep, work, money or mood, Tele-MANAS can help on 14416 (free, 24x7), or visit Tele-MANAS online. iCALL on 9152987821 offers free counselling too.

For adults aged 18+. Sagar Club costs nothing to play, its virtual coins carry no cash value, and nobody can predict or guarantee any result. Because of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, every online game played for money is prohibited across India from 1 May 2026 onwards. See our safety and law page for break tools and free helplines.

Conclusion

This Sagar Club FAQ keeps things simple: the game is free, coins stay coins, your account works on any device, and nobody can predict a draw. Anyone who says otherwise, or asks you for money in our name, is not part of the official Sagar Club team.

When you are ready to see it for yourself, start with a few guest rounds and play at your own pace.
