Sagar Club Customer Care: Fix Problems Yourself and Avoid Fake Numbers
Updated · Sagar Club

Sagar Club customer care works a little differently from most apps. Sagar Club is the official free colour prediction game at app.sagarclub.com, with no money in it, no phone line and no chat agents. Real help is one email address, [email protected], plus the self-fix tables on this page, which solve most problems in a minute or two. This page also warns you about the fake care numbers that borrow our name.
You will also find where to report fraud in India if a stranger has already asked you for money or an OTP. Everything here is free and written for adults aged 18 and over.
How Sagar Club Customer Care Works
Your Sagar Club account is kept on our own server: your username, a salted hash of your password, your email if you added one, your date of birth for the 18+ check, and your coins and pick history. That is why the same login works on any phone or computer. It also means nobody, including us, can read your password.
So Sagar Club customer care is mostly self-service, backed by email. The fixes are simple, because the game itself is simple: there are no payments to trace, no withdrawals to chase and no verification steps to get stuck in. The table in the next section covers nearly every question a player is likely to have.
Why people look for a helpline anyway
- They forgot a password and hoped someone could reset it.
- Guest coins did not show up on a second phone.
- The balance is low and the Refill button is not there.
- Someone else, often a real-money app using a similar name, is holding their money.
Fix It Yourself: Common Problems and Quick Answers
Start here before searching for any Sagar Club customer care number. Find your problem in the first column and follow the fix. Most take less time than a single 30-second round.
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Wrong username or password" | A typo, caps lock, or a stray space after autocomplete | Retype both slowly. Passwords are case-sensitive. |
| Forgot my password | There is no password-reset feature | Write to [email protected] with your username (recovery is not promised), or open a new free account. |
| Guest coins missing on another phone | A guest account is tied to the device it was started on | Go back to that device and tap "Save your account", then sign in anywhere. |
| Stuck at the date-of-birth screen | The age gate: under 18 cannot enter | This is a rule, not a fault. The game is for adults only. |
| "Daily bonus already claimed" | The bonus can be claimed once per day | Come back tomorrow. Claiming within 48 hours of your last claim gives 2,000 instead of 1,000. |
| No Refill button | Refill appears only under 100 coins, once every 6 hours | Wait for the cooldown, or claim the daily bonus first. |
| My pick did not go through | Picks lock in the last 5 seconds of a round | Tap Confirm Pick earlier, or wait for the next round. |
| "Reconnecting" message | Mobile data or Wi-Fi dropped for a moment | Check your connection and refresh. The room keeps running on the server. |
| I want to delete my account | You no longer want to play | Use Profile, or open app.sagarclub.com/delete-account. |

Account Troubles Explained
Most account questions come back to two facts: a named account lives on the server and works anywhere, and a guest account stays on the one device where it began.
Wrong password or username
Usernames are 3 to 20 characters of letters, numbers and underscores, so a dot or a space means you are typing something else. Check for a stray space at the end, which phone keyboards often add after autocomplete. Our step-by-step sign-in help lists a few more causes of a failed sign-in.
Forgotten password: no reset button
The game does not send reset links, because it never stores your password in readable form. Write to us from the email on your account, if you added one, and include your username; we will look, but we cannot promise to get it back. Otherwise, make a fresh account through the quick sign-up guide with a password of at least 6 characters you will remember.
Guest play and "Save your account"
"Play now — no signup" starts you at once with 10,000 coins, but that guest account is tied to the phone you used. Tap "Save your account" while you are still on that phone to add a username and password. Your coins, history and weekly rank stay as they were.
Sharing a phone with family
If a brother or parent uses the same phone, log out from Profile when you finish so your history stays yours. Anyone who wants their own account can create one on the same phone with a different username.
Leaving for good
You can delete your account from Profile or at the delete-account page in the game. Do it only when you are sure, because a deleted account cannot be restored by email.
Coins, Rounds and Results
Game questions are the second big group, and none of them need a support agent.
- "My coins keep falling." No fee is taken, but most picks pay back less than you stake over many rounds, about 95.0% on Green or Red. Big and Small average 100%, so even they only wander. Claim the daily bonus or a refill to top up for free.
- "I tapped, but the pick was not placed." Picks lock in the final 5 seconds. A pick made in that last stretch is refused, not lost. Check "Your picks this round" or the History screen to see which picks went in.
- "The result looks rigged." Before each round the server publishes a commit hash, and afterwards it reveals the seed behind it. Tap "Provably fair" in the lobby to check any round yourself. Long runs of one colour happen in random data more often than people expect.
- "My weekly rank went back to zero." The Weekly Ranks board counts net coins for the current week and starts fresh every Monday. Your coins and history are not touched.
- "Where is my reward for inviting a friend?" The "Invite a friend" button only shares the game link. It has no referral reward, by design.

Play the Official Sagar Club Game
Open a free account and get 10,000 virtual coins to play with, or sign in to the one you already have. The coins are worth nothing in cash. Adults 18+ only.
Install and Display Problems on Your Phone
The official game at app.sagarclub.com runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. There is no APK file from us and no Play Store listing yet, so install trouble is usually a browser setting rather than a download problem.
The install option is missing
On Android, open the game in Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet and look for "Install app" or "Add to Home screen" in the menu. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. If nothing appears, the app may already be added. Browsers decide when to offer the button, as this explainer on install criteria describes. Our home-screen app guide has pictures of each step.
Slow, stuck or blank pages
Pull down to refresh, then check your mobile data or Wi-Fi. Low-end phones with many open tabs can struggle, so close a few. Updating the browser fixes most display bugs. Clearing site data signs you out; a saved account comes back when you log in again, but an unsaved guest account may be lost.
What Real Sagar Club Customer Care Looks Like
Real Sagar Club customer care is quiet. It never rings you, never sends a WhatsApp message and never adds you to a group. It is written help on this website, plus one inbox that you write to when you choose to.
For anything the fixes on this page do not cover, write to [email protected]. Email is our only support channel, and a reply will never ask for an OTP, a payment, your password or ID documents. The contact page lists the same address.
What to put in your email
- Your username, and whether it is a guest or a saved account.
- Your phone model and browser, for example Chrome on Android.
- What you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot and the period number of the round, if the question is about a result.
Never include your password. We do not need it to look into a problem.
Why there is no live chat or call centre
A free game with no payments has nothing urgent to sort out on a call. Email leaves a written record, lets you add screenshots and keeps strangers from rushing you. Leaving out phone and chat support also makes the rule easy to remember: a person offering Sagar Club customer care by call or chat is never real.
| Point | Real help on Sagar Club | Fake customer care |
|---|---|---|
| How it reaches you | You open a page on this site or write to [email protected] | A call, SMS, DM or group invite you did not ask for |
| What it asks for | Your username and a short description | OTP, UPI PIN, card details, Aadhaar or a selfie |
| Apps involved | None beyond your browser and email | A screen-sharing or "support" app to install |
| Money | Never mentioned | A fee, deposit, tax or refund that needs payment first |
| Pressure | Read and reply at your own pace | "Your account will be closed in 10 minutes" |
| Where it is listed | On sagarclub.com only | Video comments, posters, paid ads and copied pages |
Things We Will Never Ask You For
Keep this list handy. If anyone claiming to be Sagar Club customer care asks for one of these, you are talking to a fraudster.
- Your OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card number or CVV.
- Your phone number, Aadhaar, PAN, photo ID or a selfie for "verification".
- Money of any kind: a deposit, joining fee, unlock fee, tax or GST.
- Installing a screen-sharing app, a remote-control app or any APK file.
- Approving a collect request in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app.
- Your Sagar Club password. We never need it, and we cannot see it.
The NPCI, which runs UPI, gives the same advice: a PIN is needed only to send money, never to receive it. Its UPI safety pages are worth a look, as are the plain-language tips on RBI Kehta Hai.
Fake Customer Care Numbers and Agents
Fake Sagar Club customer care numbers turn up in video descriptions, comment threads, printed posters and paid search ads. They are aimed at people who are already worried, because worried people act fast. The script usually follows the same path.
- You call a number you found, or someone calls you first and says there is a problem with your account.
- The "agent" is calm and friendly, and asks for your phone number or UPI app to "check".
- They send an OTP or a collect request, or ask you to install a screen-sharing app.
- Money leaves your account, often followed by a second call offering to "reverse" it for a fee.

Agents, managers and "premium" groups
Some fake agents never mention a problem at all. They offer to manage your play, share "safe" rounds or move you to a paid Telegram group, and ask for a deposit to their own UPI ID. Sagar Club has no agents of any kind, and nothing in the game can be bought.
Money stuck on another app
A common reason people look for Sagar Club customer care is a withdrawal stuck on a different, real-money app. We cannot see or move that money. Any caller who offers to release it for a fee is running the second half of the same scam. Our answers on cash-out and unlock fee traps explain what to do.
Four Questions to Ask Before You Call Any Helpline
Whether you are hunting for Sagar Club customer care or help with any other app, pause for ten seconds and ask yourself these four questions. They catch most fake numbers before the first ring.
- Where did I find this number? A number from a video comment, a forwarded image or a sponsored listing deserves less trust than one printed inside an app you already use.
- Does this service even have phone support? Sagar Club does not, so the answer for us is settled before you dial.
- What could they need from me? If the honest answer is "nothing", any request for an OTP, a PIN or a payment is the scam showing itself.
- Am I being rushed? Countdown threats about a blocked account or a lost prize are designed to stop you thinking. Real help can wait while you check.
How to Report Fraud in India
Reporting helps you and the next person. Even if no money moved, a report can get a number or page blocked. These are the right channels.
- Money lost? Call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline, as early as you can. Speed matters, because banks can sometimes hold money that has not yet left the system.
- File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Add screenshots, the phone number, the UPI ID and the transaction reference.
- Report the call or SMS through Chakshu on Sanchar Saathi, even if you did not lose anything.
- Tell your bank through its own app or the number printed on your card, and ask it to block any linked card or UPI handle if needed.
- Warn others. Tell the friend or group that shared the number, and send the fake Sagar Club page or number to [email protected].

If You Already Shared Details or Paid
Act in this order.
- Stop all contact with the caller or group. Do not take any more calls from them.
- Call 1930 and then your bank. Ask the bank to freeze cards or UPI handles that may be at risk.
- Uninstall any screen-sharing or unknown app they asked you to add, then restart your phone.
- Change passwords for your email, UPI apps and net banking, from a safe device if you can.
- Ignore anyone who later offers to recover the money for a fee. That is almost always a repeat scam.
If the stress is getting to you, free support is available on Tele-MANAS at 14416, any time of day. Our real-or-fake checks and helpline list has more numbers and the signs of a fake site.
Play Safe, Keep It Fun
Genuine Sagar Club customer care never phones you, never asks for money and never needs your OTP. Treat any message that says otherwise as a scam, however genuine it looks.
The game itself is meant to be a light break. Set a time limit before you play, and walk away if a round leaves you frustrated rather than entertained.
For adults aged 18+. Sagar Club costs nothing to play, its virtual coins carry no cash value, and nobody can predict or guarantee any result. Because of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, every online game played for money is prohibited across India from 1 May 2026 onwards. See our guide to real and fake support for break tools and free helplines.
Your Questions Answered
Does Sagar Club customer care have a phone, WhatsApp or Telegram number?
No. Sagar Club runs no call centre, no WhatsApp line, no Telegram channel and no chat desk. The only official contact is the email address [email protected]. Any number shown as Sagar Club customer care on a video, poster or ad belongs to someone else, so do not call it or share anything with it.
Can anyone reset a forgotten password for me?
The game has no password-reset feature, and the server keeps your password only as a salted hash, so nobody can read it back to you. You can write to [email protected] with your username, but recovery cannot be promised. The quick fix is a new free account, which starts with 10,000 coins straight away.
Why are my guest coins missing on my new phone?
A guest account made with "Play now — no signup" belongs to the device where you started it. Open the game on that first device and tap "Save your account" to give it a username and password. After that, you can sign in on any phone and your coins, history and rank come with you.
Can Sagar Club customer care add coins to my balance?
No one adds coins by hand, and there is no need. Claim the free daily bonus in the lobby, and if your balance falls under 100 coins, tap "Refill" for 2,000 more, once every 6 hours. Coins have no cash value, so they are never sold or topped up.
A caller says my Sagar Club account is blocked and needs KYC. What now?
Hang up. Sagar Club accounts have no KYC and no phone number, and we never call anyone, so the story is false. If you already shared an OTP or paid, call 1930 straight away.
Can Sagar Club customer care undo a pick or give back lost coins?
No. Every round result is fixed before the round starts and can be checked on the provably fair page, so a finished round is final for everyone. Lost coins come back the normal way, through the daily bonus or a refill.
How can I report a fake Sagar Club support page?
Report the fraud on cybercrime.gov.in and report the calls or SMS through Chakshu on Sanchar Saathi. Then email the link to [email protected] so others can be warned. Keep screenshots of the page, the number and any payment details.
Getting Help Without the Risk
Sagar Club customer care is built for you to use on your own: a quick-fix table, plain answers about accounts, coins and installing, one email address for the rest, and a clear warning that no phone number or agent speaks for us. Most problems are sorted in a minute, and none of them ever need an OTP or a payment.
If something looks wrong, check it against the list of things we never ask for, report fraud on 1930, and get back to the free rounds on Sagar Club when you are ready.
